A small group, meeting regularly in Okehampton, to provide support for parents of neuro-divergent children.
Our services (other than the Music Centre) are aimed at adults and are available to all. If you are seeking support for a child, we can help to direct you to other organisations. If you don’t see what you are looking for, or are not sure where to start, please contact us – we are always happy to help.
Each of our core services has different sources of funding and various eligibility criteria. Although they are not free, we can provide many services at a subsidised rate, or with a voluntary donation – further information is provided within the details of each individual service.
Our email subscription service is provided by Automattic under their WordPress.com brand.
When you enter your email address, and click the subscribe button, you will receive an email from the WordPress.com subscriptions service with a confirmation link. Please click the confirmation link to verify your email address and confirm your subscription.
By default, email notifications will be sent to you immediately after each new post is published on our site.
After you subscribe, you can change the frequency of your emails to daily or weekly if you prefer, or unsubscribe at any time, by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom of any email from us – or by visiting subscribe.wordpress.com.
The email Subscription service on this site is provided by Automattic under their WordPress.com brand. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. To set up and process subscriptions, they use the subscriber’s email address, as well as the ID of the post or comment (if you subscribe by ticking one of the boxes at the bottom of a particular post).
In the event of a new subscription being initiated, they also collect some basic server data, including all of the subscribing user’s HTTP request headers, the IP address from which the subscribing user is viewing the page, and the URL which was given in order to access the page. This server data is used for the exclusive purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse and spam.
Users of our email subscription service can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any email received via the service, or by contacting us using the email account that they wish to be unsubscribed.
This site employs a secure (https) connection and, as such, any data you exchange with the site is encrypted. Access to data held within the site is password-protected and subject to additional layers of security.
This site is hosted on a secure server situated within the UK. Lists of email accounts that receive emails via our email subscription service may be held by Automattic on servers outside the UK or EU, where they are safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was held within the UK or EU – see: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
