Peer-Led Focus Sessions are back!

We’re delighted to share that our peer-led focus sessions are returning to the Mental Health Hub.

During the first hour of each session, members will have the option to join a friendly and supportive focus group. Together, we’ll explore topics such as stress, anxiety, depression, and general wellbeing, with space for everyone to share experiences and ideas at their own pace.

Our trained facilitator will be on hand to guide discussions, offer encouragement, and provide support or signposting where needed.

These sessions are a great way to connect, learn, and build confidence — all within a safe and understanding environment.
