Mental Health Hub

We know how important peer support can be in helping people feel less isolated, more understood, and better equipped to manage their mental health.

Our Mental Health Hub is a welcoming space for anyone living with, or recovering from, a mental health condition. The group meets every Monday (except Bank Holidays) from 10am to 1pm at All Saints Church Hall in Okehampton.

Each week starts with a peer-led focus session, giving members the chance to share experiences, learn from one another, and build confidence in a supportive environment. This session is optional, refreshments and support from a facilitator and our volunteers are available to those opting out of the session.

Our friendly facilitator helps guide conversations so that everyone feels heard and supported, while also sharing practical ideas and coping strategies that can make everyday life a little easier.

We sometimes invite guest speakers from local organisations such as the Recovery Devon or the Devon Mental Health Alliance.

To help cover the cost of the hall hire and refreshments, we ask for a suggested donation of £3 per session.
